1, Introduction:
Enamelled Wire is a main variety of the winding wire, composed by conductor and insulating layer. The bare wires are annealed soften, then through many times paint, and bake to the finished product.
Enameled wire is a main material for the electrical machine, electrical appliance, household applicance, ect.
The different enameled wires have different qualities and characteristics, but all possess mechanical property, chemical property ,electrical property, febricity.

1.Enameled aluminum wire ,High resistance to heat shock, high temperature and good performace at softening breakdown, suitable for high-speed automated routing, able to be direct weld, with no pinhole, resistive to high frequency, wearing, refrigerants and electronics corona, high breakdown voltage
2. Compared with the copper enameled wire, enameled aluminum wire is easier to be winded, also there is a solid oxide film on the surface of enameled aluminum wire, which make it has a good insulating effect, a long life.
3. Due to the good insulating effect of aluminum film layer, it’s heat-resistant temperature can be 20 degrees higher than that of the copper wire;
4. The greatest benefit of using aluminum is that it is 1/3 lighter than copper which significantly lower the production costs, secondly it can attach to the solids easily, and thirdly it can also reduce the freight and operation during transportation.
